Welcome to the CADA/West Contract Generator!

You will be asked a series of questions that will define sections of the contract that are specific to your practice.


You will need to have the following information ready to provide:

  • 1. Name and contact information (phone, email, address) for both the Engager and Engagee of the contract
  • 2. Brief description of the project
  • 3. Brief description of project environment and working conditions
  • 4. Project schedule including contract start and end dates, any presentation/work dates and venue information
  • 5. Payment schedule including type of payment agreement, rates/fees and any additional cost allowances (travel, per diem, etc.)
  • 6. Schedule of ownership, tradition, credit, uses of photography and publicity.
